The Higher-Self Connection

Your higher - self is that little voice inside you which guides you on your path. It is your complete soul experience and wisdom from all your incarnations combined and you can access all this wisdom and knowledge in the now. You are a powerful multi-dimensional being of light, a part of which is in your body. You can access the whole of who you are by connecting to your higher-self. 

Our connection to our higher self, is our connection to our own divine soul blue print of who we are on a galactic level. It is also our connection to Source. Anyone on a spiritual path, who is seeking this connection will find it has been within them waiting their whole lives, for the moment they (as a divine spark of source) finally acknowledge who they are.

When I had my first 2 or 3 hypnosis sessions I did not believe, I did not trust. I did not consider myself “special” enough to have a strong connection to my higher-self. Perhaps this is a lesson in self-love, as well as self-belief and belief in the miracle of life and all that we are. My higher-self was there, I just didn’t “know” it. 

During my first past life regression session I was told my purpose was healing. This made no sense to me at this time. It was not until I was guided to take the SCHH course with Laura Whitworth, that I was reminded of this and the penny dropped-that wiser part of myself was there. I did have that connection. I began to heal my mind, release negative emotions and trauma from my current life time and others, and see the bigger perspective of many situations through many Soul Center Healing Hypnosis sessions. Still my ego mind was there saying ‘Your no good at this, your connection to your higher-self is weak’. After I had my first AURA hypnosis Session, that I was able to clear some deeper layers of infringement, which allowed me to trust more fully, and my spiritual gifts opened up. 

I have always trusted and believed I am divinely guided; there really are no coincidences, everything is purposeful. I had physical signs to verify this in my everyday life.  Although I trusted this and felt this love and support was with me, it still took 50 years for me to trust myself and allow my spiritual gifts to come online. I realised I had clairaudient abilities, which were very strong, and I could speak with the Arch Angels, my higher-self, and spirit guides. 

This is the first message I ever received from my higher-self

All is well. Fear not. We love you. We are glad to connect with you. 

We have waited a long time for you to trust and allow the flow.  You will be of great assistance to many.

Who is it that I speak with?

It is I. (I had a visual of a blue 'angelic' being) I am the watcher and the overseer of the overseers. I see all. I know all. I am here to support you. All is well. 

Now I shield and connect twice a day, always checking the information I receive is aligned with Source and Source only so I know there is no negative interference. It is really comforting to finally have answers to many question and feel that connection to my Higher self, the Arch Angels and Source. 

BELIEVE in yourself. 

Trust. 

Allow the flow. 

Let go. 

Surrender. 

And you will find your higher-self saying “What took you so long?” as mine did.  

We have been taught all our lives to look outside of ourselves for answers, and give away our power to Science, Religion, Healthcare, Education, and Spiritual Gurus, when all along everything we need to know is inside of us. Go within and you will find peace, love and your own zero point of calm and serenity, along with infinite knowledge of all that is and ever will be. All this wisdom is there to comfort and assist you now. 

During hypnosis, you will find magical things can happen. You are your own saviour and have the ability to heal your own mind and body. I would be honoured to guide you on this journey.
